John Boyington, opened the Fourth Enterprise and Mental Health Conference held at University of Manchester Business School on Monday 29th June 2008. With the current emphasis on social enterprise, this years conference looked at positive examples and opportunities of enterprise in the mental health arena. Our focus has expanded from not only individual entrepreneurs who have experienced mental distress but also to the partnerships that are being developed between the statutory and third sectors, to develop joint ventures.
